They are total 474 members did not attend for first counselling of neet in telangana so these vacancies will be added for 2nd round??

Hello aspirant,
Yes the seats that remain vacant will be added in the second round which means all the remaining seats will be provided in the second round. If all the seats are alloted then it's good otherwise another round will also be there to fill those vacant seats.
