A government ID proof like PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card. You need to take the original

PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority if you PWD category candidate

One passport size photograph
Only if you have these documents you will be allowed to sit inside the exam hall and appear for the entrance test.
