Desktop Computers (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Default Download Location:
Windows: Downloaded files generally go to the "Downloads" folder by default. You can find it with File Explorer, and then access your Downloads folder.
macOS: The Download folder in the user directory is the default download location.
Browser-Driven Settings:
Some browsers allow you to modify the default download location. Review your browser preferences regarding modifications of these defaults.

File Manager App
Open the "File Manager" app on your device. Often, a "File Manager" app comes preinstalled on a particular device or a comparable app.
Locate a folder called "Downloads."
Browser App
With the browser app, you can view download history or settings. That depends on the device model and browser type used

Use the search app on your device: Look for words related to the eBook title or author.
Check the cloud services: If you sync with Google Drive or Dropbox, look there too.
Check your internet browser's history downloads. Most browsers are set up to remember whatever they download recently.
Contact an administrator: If you downloaded it from a service website or otherwise, look in their customer support for help.
