For studying abroad for Bachelors you need to give SAT/ACT + TOEFL/IELTS/PTE and in India there is JEE. For masters you have to give GRE/GMAT + TOEFL/IELTS/PTE and in India there is GATE.

Admissions for Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/NonResident Indians (NRIs) under DASA scheme of MHRD will be conducted by VNIT, Nagpur. Through DASA PG , candidates get admission into the M.Tech programmes available at the NITs, IIEST, IIITs, Central Universities, Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs) and other premier Technical Institutions in India. Candidates who wish to apply through DASA PG must have valid GRE test score.
