Hello Niharika,
As per the tag mentioned in the question, it seems that you want to ask for NTSE, so Niharika let me make you aware with the latest eligibility criteria prescribed by NCERT for NTSE :-
- If any student is studying in class 10th from any of the recognized schools is eligible to appear in NTSE stage 1.
- Students of some central schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, and Sainik School can also apply for NTSE from the state where their school is located without any domicile restrictions for them.
- Open and Distance Learning (ODL) students are also eligible to appear in the NTSE stage 1 provided that they must not be employed anywhere and also they must be appearing in 10th exam for the first time.
So as per the third point of eligibility criteria you are eligible for NTSE if this is your first time of appearing in class 10th.
