See you need to judge your condition yourself. You have taken 3 years of your life and still you didn't get MBBS. So in this year, there are some mental crisis as well as economical crisis.
Now you have determine that if you take 1 year gap, is it influencing your family or your economical condition in any way. If you think that no! if you invest 1 year you will achieve your dream then you must go for it. I would recommend you that you should think about the time period as well. If you have given your first attempt in 18 years of age then you are now 21 and at the age of 22 if you get MBBS then your age will be 27/28 years approximately. So you have to judge yourself if you are ok with this or you have any other concern which you want to do in this period.
Being a doctor is your dream and you must achieve it. But you must not chase your dream with no strategy. So strategize your time and study and just do it keeping in mind this is your last chance and hook or crook you have to do it.
I would recommend if you take one more year drop, then if you don't get coaching atleast get some mock test registered. This will help you to build your preparation stronger.
