Dear Anushka, it has been mentioned as rule well in prior that you cannot change your city of examination. Having said that, the baisc registration takes your basic details and it doesn't ask yout the city of examination in the Basic Registration. In AIIMS registration you need to fill in your exam centres. And since its an online examination you need to be quick with filling centers. So the place you choose, your center will be there. During choice filling you can see how many seats are left in area of your choice. Your exam center has nothing to do with your residential address. And once if you choose your exam center, and complete your registration part you cannot change it. So be careful during choice of exam centers before hand.
