this time my 12th board exams are cancelled and my result for 12th will be declared in july so how will i be able to attach the marksheet of 12th board as it is to be submitted by june end

The 12th boards are cancelled due to the pandemic going on in the country. It is cancelled for CBSE , ICSE and many state boards. So during admission process and online filling of forms , they will not ask you to attach any marksheet as it applies to many students here. So don't worry and prepare well for the ongoing exams.
