Hello Kanishk,
In my opinion you should not waste another year because time is really precious and if you waste it now you won't be able get it's results further. There are many colleges in the country and some are even better than AIIMS, yes there is a matter of prestige is related to AIIMS but you can get the same results even if you study in different college.
