This year 75 percentage criteria will be applied or not because I have scored 69.8 percentage on average with best 5 subjects .... Am I eligible for taking admission in nit through jee main rank or score???

The National Testing Agency or NTA which is the conducting body of Joint Entrance Examination Main has declared that the 75% marks criteria has been scraped for JEE Main and Advanced 2022 keeping the COVID pandemic in mind. So, yes, you are eligible to take admission into National Institute of Technologies from your JEE Main rank.
