If you take you can apply to all the business schools in India , but that depends on the percentage you receive in your cat examination.

To apply for IIM's if you get 94% and above, to apply for remaining most of the business schools you need get 80% , if you get 80 and above all bschools will accept your application

You can also apply for some top bschools with cat or mat just by qualifing the interview.
