Considering that you are enquiring regarding TS EAMCET, it is quite difficult to indicate the score that is required to secure rank under 10,000. It is because the marks vs rank trend changes every year depending on highest score in the exam, tie breakers, total number of candidates appeared etc. This year IPE marks are not given any weightage so the rank entirely depends on the marks scored in TS EAMCET.
