Correct Answer: INR 3,600
Solution : Let's denote the shares of A, B, and C as $A$, $B$, and $C$ respectively. Given that the share of A is twice the share of B ⇒ $A=2B$ And, The share of B is thrice the share of C ⇒ $B=3C$ ⇒ $A=2(3C)=6C$ According to the question, After 1 year, they earned INR 6,000. $A+B+C=6000$ ⇒ $6C+3C+C=6000$ ⇒ $10C=6000$ ⇒ $C=600$ So, $A=6C=6\times 600=\mathrm{INR\ }3600$ Hence, the correct answer is INR 3,600.
