CUET formerly known as CUCET is an examination held for admisisons into various central universities of India. As per your query, Yes you can opt for btech focused in computer science or any branch you want. There is no barrier for the course you wanted but make sue the course comes under CUET for admissions into various colleges of India.
Eligibity criteria: A candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board of india. If a candidate fails in one or two subjects then he/she is not eligible for CUET.
