Through the college predictor I have some good chances in the private colleges of Karnataka and I belong to Madhya Pradesh general category with rank 260342 then how can I apply for Karnataka state councelling as it is an open state

You can apply in private colleges by visiting the website of the respective private colleges. Unlike government colleges which have a standard admission procedure, each private college has it own process, depending upon the course you want to opt and seat availability. The college website will have detailed procedure of Method Of Admission along with important dates.
You might have to visit Karnataka for physical document verification and other proceedings, before commencement of the course.
