Till how many years after passing 12th I am eligible for DU JAT? I passed 12th in 2011.

As per the eligibility criteria of DU-JAT, there is no limit on the age of the applicant and the year of passing, so you can apply for the exam without any hesitation.
The only criteria you should be aware of is the minimum percentage you have scored in the 12th board.
For a General or OBC category student, you must have minimum 60% in graduation and for SC, ST or PWD the minimum score required is 55%
Also, your graduation must be from a DU-JAT recognized college.
If you have fulfilled these criteria, you are good to go!
