>> For your first question, there is no age limit to apply for NEET. Candidates can apply for NEET as many times they want and upto any age.

>> Next, about AIIMS, AIIMS is All India Institute of Medical Science. AIIMS is considered as the topmost medical colleges of India. After AIIMS, JIPMERs are considered best.
