Till what round I should wait to get into IHM pusa as my rank is 4566 and I m an sc category student.

you can wait till 3rd round of counselling.
The first two rounds of counselling are web based whereas the third round is called Spot Round wherein aspirants need to appear physically at the counselling centre allotted to them.
