Your whole chemistry is divided into three parts physical chemistry ,organic chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry
*For physical chemistry first of all go through the chapter then make a list of all the formulas and important concepts in the chapter then go through the solved numericals to understand how the concepts learnt are applied to solve them and then go for unsolved questions
*In inorganic chemistry, you basically have to memorize things, show the best thing is read the chapter from NCERT and keep revising it at regular intervals , and practice lots of MCQs to increase your memory power after each chapter
*For organic chemistry , you don't need to directly mug up reaction , you meed to first understand them, what you need to do is first go through the reaction and then go through it mechanism as well which will help you to understand how the reaction proceeds and then write two- three times the reaction and its mechanism on your own and then practice some questions on the same reaction and you need to follow this process for every reaction in organic and soon you will be good at organic.
Tips for biology for your NEET :-
Biology is a subject in which you have to first understand the concept of different biological process, their mechanism etc and then remember it.
Follow the below tips to remember things in biology:-
First of all go through the chapter well and focus on understanding the different process etc as you cannot remember something which you have not understood
Use techniques like mnemonics to remember things .
For example, you can remember different stages of mitosis and their sequence by the mnemonics PMAT which means prophase, metaphase, anaphase ,telophase
* After completing each chapter solve mcqs of the same chapter
There are many times when remembering things can be difficult but a picture or a diagram of the same makes it very easy , so you can take the help of diagrams
Revise things again and again after regular intervals, for example read chapter then revise it next day then after week then after a month .

Learn to apply concepts:- After clearing concepts you should go through solved problems and numericals of the book so that you can learn how to appy the concepts for solving numericals .
Practice and solve questions on your own'- you should solve book questions on your own
