In am assuming that you have completed your 12th or you are in 12th.Suggestions are based on that.
Complete you class 11th and 12th syllabus heart. Digest everything of NCERT Chemistry of class 11 and 12th. I think everyone knows about best books and everyone has their preference in terms of book so i won't suggest you to follow any specific book that's completely your choice.
Solve atleast previous 5 year question papers and do revision and analyze mistakes.
Solve as many mocks as you can. Solve as many questions as you can from question banks.
You need to be honest with yourself during the preparation so accept where you are making mistakes and try to correct it. Basics are very important and you must ensure that your basics are strong. The funda is simple - Solve questions- analyze mistake - revise - repeat.

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your JEE 2021 in order to get good marks in JEE-
* first of all make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study.
*practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs
*You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily
* You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas
*Revise your concepts, important formulas etc at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .
*Solve previous year JEE questions :-it will let you know the examination pattern, type and difficulty level of questions etc
* Go through JEE mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination
