Hello Aishwarya,
VITEEE is easy as compared to JEE main, so if your preparation is at par with JEE main, the only thing you have to focus is on the time management .
I want you to be thorough with the exam pattern of the VITEEE.

Since you get 5 English questions, you can complete them within 1 minute, thus increasing time for the rest of the portion.
Https://vitspot.com/ -this is the vit unofficial site that provides you with basic information related to viteee and vit.
As from the experience, I can say, VITEEE exam is highly based on formulas than on concept. Important derived results, are more important for this exam. VITEEE exam is straight forward with only important problems, from important topics, it focuses on time management.
As far as my experience says, course books(in 12th and 11th) will be ok. You may also refer to some good practice problem books, such as Arihant, that is basically for BITS, but you may get a good set of questions to practice.
Apart from Arihant(most recommended by people), you may use subject-specific books such as H.C.Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for maths, JD LEE for chemistry or any competitive exam book, for practicing question.
Concluding,
I would say, just revise important named reactions in Chemistry, important formulae such as those of Chemical Kinetics, thermodynamics, and major topics in physical chemistry.
In physics, you may again go through important questions, as well as formulae related to important topics such as rigid body dynamics, gravitation.....Remember studying in depth any concept is not advisable for viteee.
For maths again, since time is very less you may go through the important formula of chapters such as permutation and combinations, probability, binomial, integrations, and conics.
Have a good sleep, viteee is all about time management. The paper will be easy as compared to jee and most of the concepts in your exam will be repeated from JEE papers, so go through JEE papers if you have time.
Hope this helps
Regards
