Hello,

For PWD candidates are applying NEET examination must be carrying their disability certificate. Infact NTA said that in NEET form that candidates must be checking by any government hospitals or nursing home by a certified medical doctor. Otherwise without goverment improvement certificate not eligible any PWD candidates. There no particular date mentioned yet. But the centres name said in "appendix viii b" NEET form.

You have to check on it. After getting goverment certificate you can seat and go for counselling in NEET examination as PWD candidates.

All the best.
