The eligibility is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry with minimum percentage from a recognized board or university.The minimum percentage requirement, age criteria varies with each college.
Benny, to be eligible for pursuing B.Sc Nursing you should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects in our 12th. B.Sc Physics and B.Sc Chemistry are Bachelor's programmes just like B.Sc Nursing is. You have to study B.Sc Nursing after your 12th. For that you needn't study B.Sc Physics or B.Sc Chemistry.

To become a Bsc nurse there is a specific degree course called as "Bsc Nursing", you need to pursue that course to have a verified degree of BSc nursing and become a nurse.
Bsc Physics and BSc chemistry are different courses offered in BSc stream, they might not lead you to become a certified UG nurse.
