To become a professor in a field of physiotherapy I should complete my BPT., degree and the second degree that I should further learn is MPT., or MSc in Physiotherapy

To become a professor of Physiotherapy firstly you should complete your degree of BPT. Then you can either pursue M.Sc or MPT. The choice is absolutely yours. If you pursue MPT, then many other options other than teaching opens. You can even go for PhD to become a professor. But BPT is must as a first step.
