The course of BSc Astronomy isn't that much popular/offered in India. If you wish to become an Astronomer, then the best way will be to go for the course of BSc Physics. After your BSc in Physics, you can appear for the IIT JAM examination, and you can join IIT Indore campus, in the course of Astronomy. Apart from this you can clear TIFR GS/JEST examination and then can go for the Inter University Centre for Astronomy & Astrophysics (IUCAA). Here, you will be able to do Integrated PhD program which will provide you a better dimension to the career of Astronomy.
