To do physics honours is compulsory to have maths as main subject?

Yes ofcourse you need maths as a compulsory subject for pursuing Bahelor of Science in Physics. All the colleges mention that as a necessary eligibility criteria. And besides maths is the language of physics. All the laws and theories in physics are written in mathematical form.

I have maths as my elective subject... will I be able to do my B.Sc. Physics hons. In Jadavpur University?
