Dear Priyalini, it totally depends on the geographical location you want to pursue your Career in. But most countries demand a Master's degree in Physiotherapy to work as a Physiotherapist in their Sports clubs. In countries like Argentina, Physiotherapists are called Kinesiologists and they need someone with a Master's degree in Kinesiology to work in any Sports clubs.
