to get a rank under 200 in kvpy sx , hoe should i study biology amd from where should i study ?

While preparing for biology whether for KVPY or NEET, Ncerts are more than enough. But you will have to study them thoroughly ( both class 11th and 12th ).
For practice, you can prefer any neet based question bank. This will be more than enough.
