The basic eligibility criteria for BTech CSE is that you must pass your 10+2 with PCM and with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.

Now usually there are entrances which can be National Level/ State Level or Institute specific. Depending on your interest you have to give the entrance examination.

The national level entrances for engineering like JEE MAINS, JEE ADVANCED are to get admission to the best institution in India like IIT's, NIT's, IIEST, IIST etc. Now there are entrances like WBJEE, MAH CET, KCET, OJEE which is for the state level government colleges admission like WBJEE is for West Bengal, OJEE is for Odisha. Now there can be some institutes which accept the National or State level entrance but also takes a self organized entrance for admission. Some of the popular names are VITEEE, SRMJEE etc.

So based on your desire you have to choose the entrances. In general all student prepares for JEE which is the toughest exams. And a good preparation in it always ensures you to crack any exam if you can't JEE.
