to get admission in jss medical college or kasturba ..like how much we have fees we have to give annually through donation with just the qualifying marks 200 ?

With the marks of 200 , getting a seat in the government medical colleges is not at all possible. However you may try for private medical colleges also through management quota which might be quite possible enough. It would be better if you could have provided your category. Moreover for Kasturba medical colleges the chance of getting a seat through government quota is not possible you should rather try for management quota seats.
