To get admission in lhmc through delhi quota 85 % require central obc or delhi obc ?

Hello,
The state obc certificate of delhi is applicable in state universities and in central universities all over india. however it is not applicable to other states as they have their own obc Criteria.
You can apply in LHMC through 85 percent state quota with delhi(state obc certificate).
