Sorry to say that you can't avail scholarship because your father is a government employee. If students parent(s) is/are government employee(s) then they are not eligible for getting scholarship from government through you have merit rank. Main criteria to give Scholarship is that the candidate must be either economically backward or merit student from a reserved category.
