Actually both comes under the top 10 colleges of  bengaluru. But BMSCE has a much greater reputation than MSRIT. But you can get into either of those two. And to get CSE you should have less than 550 rank in comedk.

Both the colleges are good and there cut off is very high .... you should probably get rank below 250 ....
