Its not compulsory that you have to do MCA from a big university in order to get job after MCA but sometimes big universities help the students to get jobs easily as they are visited by more companies in placements/they have more tie up's with different companies. But if you study from not so good university, the you have to go for walk in interviews if you don't get placements. In case of walk in interviews the competition is higher compared to placements interviews. If you even get placed from average colleges, then your salary will not be that good.
So this are some of the advantage to study in well know universities. But if you have skill and knowledge then no matter what you will do great.
