Admissions to all IIITs is through JEE Main. However, IIIT Hyd, Delhi and Bhubaneshwar conduct their own admission process on the basis of the JEE Main scores. Except for these three, admissions is through JoSAA counselling and eligibility criteria is obtaining 75% in Class XII (ST/ST 65%) or being in the top 20 percentile of the class 12 board. All seats in the IIITs through JoSSA are all india. For IIIT Hyderabad, this eligibility is same as JEE Main while IIIT Delhi which holds through JAC Delhi is strict with eligibility being 80% in Class 12 and above. Moreover IIIT Delhi has 85% seats reserved for Delhi candidates. IIIT Bhubaneshwar has 50% of the seats reserved for Odisha candidates and the eligibility is same as JEE Main plus an aggregate of 60% in class X, 60% in Class XII in science and a minimum of 45% in each Physics, Maths and Chemistry.

IIITs admission will be based on JEE Main only.
-To be eligible for IIITs you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For ST/SC qualifying marks is 65%.
-For IIIT Delhi you must have secured minimum 80% aggregate marks of best of five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) in the qualifying examination and 80% or more marks in Mathematics (separately) are also required.
