You are saying that you are under OBC category, this year OBC qualifying mark is 74% . That mean you should get 95% above. you need to get minimum 270 marks to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad for CSE. For other branches you need to get 220 above.

NIIT Hyderabad the eligibility are
75% aggregate (65% for SC/ST) or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination conducted by the respective boards
candidates can apply online through the official application portal of the college. However, candidates must also apply at the official conducting website of the relevant entrance examination.
