To join du for bsc computer science we must have computer subject in 12th? I have passed 12th with eng,sanskrit,maths,chemistry,physics

yes you are eligible to join du for bsc course even if you don't have computer science as a subject in your class 12th....and you have scored such a good percentage so you have high chances of getting good colleges....For more details you can visit DU official website.

No. Computer Science subject in 12th is not must. As per the eligibility criteria for DU Bsc Computer Science, Candidates should have Mathematics, one language and two other elective subjects as listed academic subject obtaining 55% marks or securing at least 60% marks in Mathematics. Candidates who have studies Physics, Chemistry/Computer Science and Mathematics will be given a 5% of advantage in the ‘Best of Four’ calculation.
So if you meet the above criteria then you are eligible.

I have no computer science subject in 12th only english(91%),maths(90%),physics(90%), chemistry(94%),Sanskrit(93%) will i apply for computer science

If you had no computer science there wont be any disadvantage. You can apply for this course and will be selected based on your percentage/cutoff.
