To pass in 12 is it compulsary to pass in both theory and practical for this year as per hsc board? ?

Hello,
Yes, it is compulsory to pass in both theory and practical subjects, as both have its own value in the result.
I will suggest you to not take the practicals lightly! and work hard to achieve good marks.

The written exam cut-off of 20% marks (at least 16 marks in an 80-mark question paper) as well as 35% marks in aggregate to 'pass' a subject. So it gets compulsory to pass in practical to get pass percentage. It happened from 2016.
What if i missed my PE practical but have attended the PE written paper. will they fail me in 12th? As PE is a graded subject im reallly not sure....Please help i am really worried.
No. The idea of passing separately was then scarped out. They are following the old pattern of passing. 35 out of 100 .http://hsc.co.in/new-rules-to-pass-hsc-exam-from-2016/amp/
