No, there is nothing like that. There is as such no sectional cut off. Your overall marks will be considered.
JEE Main 2018 cut off depends on many factors like number of students appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the exam and cut off trend.

Toppr- Between 95- 105
BasicFirst- 80 (+-5)
