Income certificate is a government document issued to Indian citizens that state their annual income. The certificate includes details pertaining to the income detail of an individual or a family that is earned from various resources. To obtain an income certificate, one has to approach the Tahasildar office in the area. There are two options to apply for a Rajasthan income certificate, online and offline. In this article, we look at the procedure for obtaining income certificate through the offline mode or through eMitra centres.
Off-line ProcedureThe following steps have to be followed to apply a certificate offline:
Step 1: Approach the Office
The applicant has to approach the nearest e-Mitra, also known as Common Service Centres. These centres can be through the respective Tahasildar’s office or the Municipality office.
Step 2: Obtain the form
The application form has to be obtained from the concerned officer.
Step 3: Enter the Details
The applicant has to enter all the required details in the application form.
Step 4: Attach the Documents
The applicant has to attach all the required documents with the application form.
Step 5: Submit the Form
After all the steps are completed, the applicant has to submit the application form.

If the authorities allow you can just take your father's income certficate but then it depends totally on the authority. I suggest you to call their help line number and ask them about it.
