Hello

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 500 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 56/ marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i hope this information helps you.

HHonestly speaking the cutoffs change every year depending upon various factors like number of students appearing for the exam ,difficultly of the paper, etc.

Score as high as you can. The NEET Exam is of 720 marks. Usually for Government colleges the cut offs for MBBS are quite high ( 580 and above ).
