If you are a student over there then just contact your admission cell or your head of department of current stream. But you can change your branch only if you are recently admitted to that college or if you have passed first year. Because branch change is allowed in only these two cases.

To change stream you need to contact the admission cell or to your department and the department you want to change. If in case you didn't get to change the stream. No worries brother in the first year all the syllabus are same for all stream. And after the first year, you have an option to change the stream. The only criteria is that you must have 8.5+ SGPA or YGPA in your 1st year. That marks may vary with the college and the seats are vacant on that stream or not.
