You should contact the management they will help you out with the process. And the bank will transfer the money within 7 working days after your submission of DD to the bank.

We understand your concerns. However, the refunf of seat acceptance fees of an institute is given only if the withdrawal of seat is done before the last date of withrawal . The processing of fees takes time, and the refund is processed with a few processing charges, and is returned in time durations ranging in months. So, you must have been filled those bank details earlier, you just need to withdraw the seat.
