To withdraw my accepted seat to which I have already paid the fees,should I report in person or can I do it online through official website?

Hope you are doing well,
to withdrawing the fees you already paid for the admission in college or seat is very difficult,you can go through the contact no., provided in the official weside or in the 'help or support option', or you can directly contact to the college,but there is a minimum chance for you to get your money back.
