1. You received a notification and were asked to change the scanned photograph. And you didn't. But clicked on the "Confirm" button after making other changes. You are in trouble. Your application will not be accepted because you were asked to make the changes to the images because in the first place they were not according to the instructions.
2. You didn't receive any notification but wanted to make the changes to the scanned photo because you felt that you needed to upload a white background photo. You are safe because in the first place you wanted to change it but NTA felt that the photo follows the instructions.
