Hello,First verify whether the payment has been successful in paytm and contact the paytm customer care if not successful for refund. If it shows successful then Kindly contact the admission office with the help of this link https://vit.ac.in/contactus . You must have a copy of the bank passbook page that shows the money has been deducted to that third party.You can also try paying the fees once again if response is not obtained at the earliest.
