Today seats are alloted for tsicet but when I checked it's showing no seat is alloted for me

Based on your rank and caste there is a chance of getting any particular college based on cutoff for your rank may be you have kept above your cutoff are may be all the seats are filled before your turn comes don't worry attend second couselling this time keep more colleges based on your rank and cutoff for your caste
