My boards % overall are 62 but pcm % only are 55.33333 then will I be eligible for admission in dtu

To be eligible to take admission is DTU you must score at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together. Other than that you just need to pass each of the above subjects individually, you do not require more than 60% in each subject individually. So you seem to be eligible.
