Hello

Aspirant

Firstly Calm down yourself, Don't think about anything. If your syllabus is not completed yet, I suggest you to take out previous years papers and if you already have them so, just revise them all

You have 1 day left and so revise it well and figure it out in subjects that what the questions who repeats in last few years. You can also take your notes help if you are stuck in any query so go for unacademy or vedantu lectures which gonna help you alot.

Don't worry about your exam, Just give your best and after that don't worry about your results also. Keep practicing Physics and Chemistry numericals and note done all formulas especially Physics and all atomic numbers in organic chemistry.

Read all important points of biology keep your last time notes in a point wise so that revision doesn't take so long.

That's it and i know you'll gonna rock! All the best for your exam!

Hello,

You can go though the various one spot youtube videos for the topics you think need to be revised one or more time. Just go through the syllabus that you have prepared for the examination. Go through the topics that you forgot repeatedly. and I would suggest that the amount of syllabus you completed then revise it once and then give your brain some rest so that all the topics are not mixed up at the last moment.  Or else you go through the last minute exams preparation I am providing below:
First and the foremost requirement for the exam is: HEALTH

NEET aspirants are occupied with a plethora of activities such as studying for long hours, attending school/coaching classes, taking mock tests and analysing those, etc. One needs to balance during the preparation phase with all those activities. Amidst everything else, candidates often forget about their health. A small ailment before the examination can cause a major setback. Therefore, do not miss meals or sleep during the preparation phase, especially the last day before the exam , you should be fresh during the time for exam.

2) AVOID TO STUDY NEW TOPICS:

The syllabus of NEET 2022 (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/neet-exam-syllabus) is vast. It is not possible to read everything from the prescribed books (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/neet-exam-books) . So, unless you have missed an important chapter, refrain from starting anything new during these last few days. Apart from studying to complete a new chapter, you will also have to make notes and solve relevant questions from various question banks. This process is time taking, and time is something that students don’t have. If they have to start something new, then they must make sure to pick the right book and not spend days on a single chapter.

3)

Formula, diagrams, tables and graphs

Information that is presented in the form of graphs, tables, diagrams, etc. is concise and easy to remember. Students can cover a lot more with the help of these. Similarly, flow charts and diagrams can help retain the steps of any process. For the topics you find difficult to memorise, you should put up charts of important formulae, tables, flowcharts, etc. and go through them well so that they will remain in your mind for the more time.

4)When preparing a timetable for this phase of NEET preparation (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/neet-exam-preparation) , you should make sure to mix at least two subjects in a day. This will help break monotony during the long study hours and will also ensure that you revise topics from all subjects.

5) EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS:

NTA has released the instructions to attempt the new exam pattern and OMR sheet filling instructions (https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/articles/how-to-fill-neet-2021-ug-omr-answer-sheet-blogId-67361) . According to NTA, this year the total number of NEET questions will be 200 while they have to attempt 180. In Section B of each section, they will have to attempt 10 out of 15 questions. In case they attempt any extra questions, they will not be awarded extra marks even if those are correct. Hence, they must not waste any time attempting extra questions and select questions carefully to ensure accuracy.

6) THE LAST AND THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF:
The last days are often spent in panic. Especially the day before examination you feel like you are forgetting everything you studied so save yourself from such overthinking. Not believing in their preparation and doubting whether they remember everything that has been read in the past few months will not help candidates at this point. The key to staying calm in the last few days of NEET 2022 preparation is to believe in oneself. Students should have faith in the hard work that they have put in and not go on a self-doubt spree.

HOPE THIS HELPS.

Thank You!
