Actually too few IT firms barring Google, TCS, Infosys, WIPRO, Accenture and IBM and a few banks will be looking at 12th Marks. Second Marks Are the Judgement criterion If and Only if the Portfolio is Zero.Lateral placements DO Happen, there are urgent hirings and we have seen criterion being relaxed for the deserving more often than your seniors told you.
